Luxury and Custom quotes range from $2,950 to $7,500.

Who pays for the staging?

It could be the homeowner, the Realtor, or a combination of both. In our experience, the Realtor typically covers staging costs. Some Realtors include the cost of staging in their service fees thanks to its proven track in selling properties.

How long does staging stay in place?

Staging typically lasts 30 days with renewal options. We request that the homeowner and Realtor update us throughout the sale process to ensure timely removal of inventory before close of escrow.

Do you stage every single room?

Our custom quote will detail recommended staging rooms—often public spaces like living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, and sometimes the primary bedroom. We focus on value and will never recommend staging unnecessary spaces. We also include bathroom decor in all vacant stagings for no additional cost.

Do I need to do any preparation before the staging team arrives?

Yes, you will need to prepare your home by decluttering, cleaning and ensuring that all contracted work is completed before the staging team arrives. The staging team will provide additional guidance before install.

Home staging does not guarantee a sale. However, it has been shown that it can significantly increase the likelihood of a successful and profitable home sale. We are here to help you unlock the full potential of your property through staging.

Can the homeowner stop by while we’re staging?

To maintain focus and efficiency, we require exclusive access to the home on the staging day(s). This minimizes distractions and allows us to work without interruption.

•frequently asked questions•

Is it ok if contractors are there working while we stage?

We require all work to be completed before staging begins. We reserve the right to reschedule the home staging, and charge a minimum $500 rescheduling and restocking fee.

Can the homeowner rearrange the inventory after it's installed?

No. It’s important that the inventory is left undisturbed. It minimizes potential damage of the inventory as well as the integrity of the home staging design.

Does the homeowner hire their own photographer?

Our home staging prices do not include photography. You are responsible for hiring a photographer. However, we'd be happy to share our recommended list of preferred photographers we enjoy working with.

Do you ever sell your staging inventory with the house?

While all offers are considered, we normally retain our inventory for home staging only, as it's sourced and selected for staging purposes, not necessarily for daily living.

Does Home Staging require licensure or certification?

Home staging is an unregulated industry. This means there is no specific licensure or certification, like there is for Realtors. However, our team boasts extensive training, home staging certifications, and day-to-day experience.
